November is a month to practice gratitude, to acknowledge and give thanks for the goodness in our lives. In our busy lives, it is easy to overlook little things and forget all that we have to be grateful for. This month, savor positive experiences and reflect on the blessings of life. You’ll be amazed with all you have to be grateful for whether it is a warm blanket, a satisfying meal, a beautiful view, or a house to call home.
We encourage you all practice gratitude this month. Leave a piece of paper on your dining table and each night at dinner, go around the table and have each family member write one thing they are grateful for. Make it a tradition and keep the pages in a scrapbook to reflect on in years to come! The things shared will bring a sense of joy and connection putting everyone in the right frame of mind for the gift-giving season!
There are so many ways to give thanks for the blessings in our lives! Take a nature walk, pay it forward, volunteer, or keep a gratitude journal. We encourage you all to practice gratitude and take time to reflect on the blessings in your life. Happy Thanksgiving!
