It's hard to believe December is here! Beginning tomorrow, December 4th, we will be moving to our winter hours. We will be open each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. We will have apples, veggies and will be baking up LOTS of treats for you! We will have pizza and donuts daily, too, of course! We have a great selection of fresh produce this week! Carrots, kohlrabi, beans and broccoli are availble for the first time this season. We have a large selection of fresh herbs including dill, parsley, cilantro, oregano, and sage. There is still an ample supply of greens, lettuce, beets, turnips, and blueberries! Everyday more and more comes out of the field! Please call ahead if you are coming for something specific- (207) 647-9419.
You can pick-your-own blueberries and beans too! The fields are open daily from 10am-2pm depending on field conditions and availability. Please call the farmstand before coming up at (207) 647-9419 for daily picking conditions. PYO blueberries are $4.25/pound or $3.50/pint and PYO beans are $1.00/pound! Come on up and experience the joy and satisfaction in harvesting your own food!
Our farmstand is packed with sweet treats, breads, oils, and more. New this week are our blueberry muffins made with our own blueberries and a crumb topping- try these grilled and topped with Casco Bay Butter for a special breakfast or snack. New Fiore Oils and Vinegars arrived this week too! The new olive oil is a Wild Mushroom & Sage with the earthy and intense taste of wild mushrooms. Drizzle this EVVO over vegetables, risotto, or soup for a whole new flavor experience. We also have a new Summer Peach Balsamic Vinegar and a Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar.
