What a perfect, nourishing type of food to prepare and consume in the midst of a long Maine winter.  We are so excited about all of the possibilities of soup recipes that exist to create.

From thick, rich stews, chowders, and chili to broths, veggie based soups or consommés….there is something to warm every belly and satisfy almost every palate.

We’ve compiled a few of our own Pietree recipes that have been posted over the past few months.  We will sure be revisiting some of these comforting favorites to cook this wintery season and thought you may want to curl up with a bowl as well.
