Wash, remove stems from and finely chop 1 lb. snow peas. Wash and tear into small pieces 1 lb. lettuce. Wash and thinly slice 1 bunch radishes. Wash and finely chop radish greens. Wash and use a vegetable peeler to shave 2-3 salad turnips.
Whisk together in a large bowl: 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 2 TB toasted sesame oil, 1 TB safflower or sunflower oil, 2 TB gf tamari or soy sauce, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, 1/4 tsp. ground coriander. Add vegetables to the bowl and toss to mix with dressing.
