Quick Pickled Radishes and Greens

Wash and thinly slice 1 bunch radishes.

Wash and chop the radishes.

Wash and chop 1/2 lb. mustard greens.

Peel and thinly slice 2 cloves garlic.

Mix vegetables together.

Mix together 2 cups apple cider vinegar, 3 TB honey, maple syrup, or sugar, 2 TB gf tamari or soy sauce, 1/4-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, 1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp. ground coriander.  

Toss vegetables and vinegar mix together. Cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
