Wow! What a busy time here at Pietree. We are busy planting, harvesting, and weeding. The strawberry fields were weeded and we are hoping for a great crop this year! The beans and peas are planted for retail and pick-your-own! The cucumbers, herbs and broccoli is in the ground. A nice crop of kale and other greens were harvested from the greenhouse and we have been very busy installing irrigation. Let's hope for some rain!
Our farmstand is open daily 9am-6pm. Our own fresh produce and baked goods are available along with a great selection of locally made artisan products. We have LOCAL Sweden Hills Honey for a great price- 48 ounces for $22.50, 12 ounces for $9.00 and 6 ounces for $8.25. Locally made honey truly reflects the community and the diverse plants that thrive on local farms, parks, woods, and gardens. It is truly a way to taste the environment that you live in. Give it a try!
